Nichole was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where she majored in Health Sciences with a Biological Science concentration before later pursuing her Wellness Coaching Certification.
Nichole’s previous professional experiences include internships with the Tampa Bay Storm arena football team and the USF Football program studying under the program’s Athletic Trainers, and coordinating service opportunities for the USF Catholic Student Union’s Service Committee. After college, she gained experience in hospitality creating and implementing activities at Marriott and Marriott Vacation Clubs in St. Petersburg and West Palm Beach before moving back to Tampa to pursue a career in Lifestyle Management.
Most recently, she was the Lifestyle Manager at Grand Hampton in New Tampa for over two years and joined the Pasco County planning board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
In her spare time, Nichole enjoys paddle boarding, boating, playing and watching sports (specifically football, rugby, and volleyball), animals, traveling, Latin dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Brad has been married for 10 years to his wife, Katie, and has two daughters, Rebecca, who is nine years old and Rachel, age 6.
He has spent over 17 years in the golf industry, rising through the ranks from Assistant Golf Professional, to General Manager, and multiple facility management. His career in the private golf and country club business began in Clearwater, Florida at Wentworth Country Club as an apprentice professional learning all aspects of private club operation. His Club Manager/Director of Golf experience includes Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club, an 18-hole semi-private club, in Tampa, Florida, and the world-famous Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club which was 13-year host to the PGA/LPGA tour JC Penney Classic and is home to the 19-Court Harry Hopman Tennis Center. He worked with Fore Golf, an industry-leading management firm at Bardmoor, and earned a promotion with Fore Golf to the Washington, DC area where he served in a regional capacity at both Patuxent Greens Country Club in Laurel, Maryland and National Golf Club at Tantallon as General Manager and Director of Golf of both Clubs. In 2008 an opportunity presented itself to move back to all his friends and family in Florida and he accepted the General Manager position at Bloomingdale Golfers in Brandon, Florida. In 2012 he began my new career with Pope Golf where he has served as General Manager of Misty Creek Country Club here in Sarasota and Vice President of Operations for Pope Golf with the primary responsibility of overseeing our private club portfolio.
In his role as Vice President of Operations he had come to know and love Esplanade Golf and Country Club to the extent he desired to make it his permanent place of employment. He has years of experience working with developers and residents and looks forward to putting this experience to work here.
Brad strives to couple the highest levels of quality and service to all members, residents and guests, while operating the businesses he has run through applying sound business practices and building strong management teams. He has managed virtually every type of golf course facility, developing skills and expertise in operating and improving underperforming properties in each area of club operations. He brings experience in managing multiple properties in a range of different markets including South Florida and the Mid Atlantic regions. In addition to his PGA training, he has degrees in Marketing and Economics from the University of South Florida.
Esplanade Golf and Country Club
Rob is the new Fitness and Wellness Manager at The Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Lakewood Ranch.
Rob has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked in training fitness studios in over 40 countries around the world in motivation, instruction, management amongst other areas. He very passionate on team morale and helping people to achieve their goals in anything that they would like to achieve.
He has been a mentor, Area Director, Regional Director as well as the International Training Director for multiple fitness organizations internationally. As well as this he worked as a publicist for over 9 years in the UK.
Rob hails from London, England but has permanently moved and resides in Bradenton Florida with his 5 year old daughter Sky.
Rob's hobbies include tennis, golf, teaching, music and is a very big believer that if you put your mind to anything you can achieve it and if you fall try to fall on your back because if you can look up you can get up.

Esplanade Golf and Country ClubJason is currently the Director of Wellness and Sports Courts at The Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Lakewood Ranch as well as the Regional Director for Coaches of Excellence. Jason has also been the Tennis Director at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa in Guam and Mission Valley Country Club in Venice; Head Tennis Professional at Maui Prince Hotel in Hawaii, Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, and Laurel Oak Country Club in Sarasota; Tennis Professional at the Sports Core in Kohler, Wisconsin, and Lakewood Ranch Country Club. Jason has also coached the girl's tennis teams at Lakewood Ranch High School and Venice High School.
Jason graduated from Lakeland College in Wisconsin in 1996 with a degree in Coaching/Sports Management. There he played #1 singles and #1 doubles for three years and was named team captain in 1993 and 1994 and was all-conference in singles in 1994.
Jason lives in Lakewood Ranch and has two daughters Jordan and Taylor. Jason's hobbies include reading, coaching coaches, running marathons, and spending time with his daughters.

Head Tennis Professional
Esplanade Golf and Country ClubPaul is currently the Head Tennis Professional at Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch. Paul moved to Bradenton in 1989 and trained at IMG as a player and a coach for over 10 years. After leaving the Pro Tour, Paul was the Director of Tennis at El Conquistador Racket Club, Cedars Racket Club, and the Cayman Island Tennis Center. In 2008, Paul moved to Tuscaloosa Alabama to manage North River Yacht Club. He has coached numerous men's and women's state and sectional teams ranging from 2.5-10.0 mixed doubles teams.
Paul has held top 10 rankings including national rankings in his junior career and was part of a national championship junior college team in Tifton, Georgia. After a few years on the pro tour, he was able to successfully transfer his knowledge of tennis into managing tennis facilities and coaching. Paul has over 25 years of experience in every aspect of the game.
Paul now lives in his hometown of Bradenton, Florida. He has two boys, Cade and Gage. His hobbies include fishing, working out, coaching all junior sports, and loves family time.

He has been named a Top Teacher in the United States by Golf Digest Magazine, as voted by his peers and has won numerous PGA regional Teacher of the Year Awards. He has served at some of the finest facilities in the United States, including Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, Waikoloa in Hawaii, La Paloma and Ventana Canyon in Tucson, and The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe. He is the developer of Pure Impact Golf and Mindful Golf and has conducted corporate outings for Starwood Hotels across the United States and the Caribbean. Pete has an extensive golf school background having served as the Lead Instructor for the Golf Digest Instructional Schools, the John Jacobs' Schools, the Troon Golf Signature Schools and was the Director of Instruction for the Golf Academy of America where he was responsible for teaching and training golf professionals how to coach and use modern technology. In addition to being a PGA Master Professional, Pete is a certified Tathata Golf Movement Specialist, a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Golf Professional, a Robbins-Madanes Performance Coach, TrackMan and FlightScope certified, and is a Titleist and Ping Master Club Fitter. As a player, Pete has competed on the PGA Tour and has a low competitive round of 12 under par 61 (par 73) at Tucson National, the former home of the PGA Tour Tucson Open. He has won over 50 professional events and the Southwest Section PGA Player of the Year Award.

Community Association ManagerKen comes to us with over 17 years of experience in Association Management for homeowners and condominium associations. He is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) with experience in revenue and expense management, budgeting, reserve analysis, contract negotiations, maintenance oversight, strategic planning resident relations, and board of director relations. Prior to joining Pope Properties, Inc., Ken ran a small association management company. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute.
Prior to becoming a CAM, Ken was National Practice Manager of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P.’s Senior Living and Post-Acute Care Services Group responsible for assisting senior living providers obtain bond financing and provided operations consulting services. He has co-authored two annual publications; the State of Seniors Housing Report (American Seniors Housing Association) and The Assisted Living Industry Study (Assisted Living Federation of America). He was also a contributing author to Aging, Autonomy and Architecture: Advances in Assisted Living by Benyamin Schwarz and Ruth Brent published by Johns Hopkins University (1999).
Ken moved to Sarasota with his wife and son in 2000 from St. Louis, Missouri.
